Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you, individually or on behalf of a legal entity ("You"), and Web4, LTD ("Company"), in connection with your www.PB.decentral.games website ("Site") and the Dream Finance Metaverse ("Game"). Dream Finance forms a legally binding agreement for the use of the Dream Finance Metaverse Games, a decentralized application, using smart contracts that are deployed autonomously (each, a "Smart Contract") to (i) participate in a peer-to-peer free-play poker simulation game that incorporates a variety of skill-based and creative challenges, and (ii) PB It allows users to own, transfer, activate, and upgrade their Poker-worn NFTs (PB NFTs). Each PB NFT is a non-corruptible collectible token developed under the ERC-721 standard or other similar "non-corruptible" token standard and stored on an IPFS or other storage network with metadata such as name, description, image files, etc., and underlying intellectual It is irrevocably associated with a unique unified resource identifier JSON file containing the terms of use of the property. Games and PB NFTs may be visualized on websites with which players may interact (the "Site"). Through front-end applications on the Sites, players may play games to earn tokens, interact with other players, view their assets, and use smart contracts to acquire and trade assets with other players. We wish to make the Games, Smart Contracts, and the Site available to you only if you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Games, Smart Contracts, Site, or any other official Dream Finance product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree and/or accept all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site, Games and Smart Contracts and must cease use immediately. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date in these Terms and Conditions, and you waive your right to receive specific notice of each such change. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to obtain updated information. Your continued use of the Site, Games, and Smart Contracts after the date of posting of such updated version of the Terms of Use constitutes your knowledge of and acceptance of such updated version of the Terms of Use. The information on the Site, Games and Smart Contracts is not intended for distribution to persons or entities in any jurisdiction or country where its distribution or use would violate any law or regulation, nor does it create any registration obligation for us in such jurisdiction or country. Therefore, anyone who accesses the Site and/or the Games while in violation of local laws is doing so on their own initiative and must deal with the consequences, if applicable. The Site is intended for players 18 years of age or older; anyone under the age of 18 may not use or register on the Site, Games, or Smart Contracts.
