Risks

You acknowledge and agree that there are many risks involved in acquiring $DF, holding $DF, and using $DF to participate in the Dream Finance ecosystem. If you decide to acquire $DF, you expressly acknowledge, accept and assume the following risks Uncertain Regulations and Enforcement Actions - The regulatory status of $DF and distributed ledger technology is unclear or undefined in many jurisdictions. Virtual currencies are the primary subject of regulation in all major countries around the world. It is impossible to predict when and how regulators will apply existing regulations or create new ones with respect to such technologies and their applications, including the $DF and/or Dream Finance ecosystem. Regulatory actions could adversely affect $DF and/or the Dream Finance ecosystem in a variety of ways. We and our dealers (or their respective affiliates) may cease operations in a jurisdiction if a regulatory action or change in law or regulation makes it illegal to operate in that jurisdiction or commercially infeasible to obtain the necessary regulatory approvals to operate in that jurisdiction. The following is a brief summary of the terms and conditions of the agreement. After consulting with a wide range of legal counsel and continuing to analyze the development and legal structure of virtual currencies, a cautious approach will be applied to the distribution of $DF. Therefore, the distribution strategy for the distribution of the tokens may always be adjusted in order to avoid the associated legal risks as much as possible. Improper Disclosure - As of the date of this document, the Dream Finance ecosystem is still under development and its design concepts, agreement mechanisms, algorithms, code, and other technical details and parameters are subject to constant and frequent updates and changes. While this white paper contains the latest information related to the Dream Finance ecosystem, it is by no means complete and may still be adjusted and updated by the Dream Finance team from time to time. Insufficient disclosure is inevitable and reasonable because we do not have the ability or obligation to inform $DF holders of all details about the project to develop the Finance ecosystem, including the progress and anticipated milestones of the development.

Development Failure - There is a risk that the development of the Dream Finance ecosystem will not be executed or implemented as planned for a variety of reasons, including a decline in the price of digital assets, virtual currencies or $DF, unforeseen technical difficulties, and lack of development funding for activities.

Security Weaknesses - Hackers or other malicious groups or organizations may attempt to disrupt $DF or the Dream Finance ecosystem in a variety of ways, including malware attacks, denial of service attacks, consensus-based attacks, sybil attacks, smurfing, spoofing . In addition, third parties or members of the Company, dealers or their respective affiliates may intentionally or unintentionally introduce weaknesses in the core infrastructure of the $DF and/or Dream Finance ecosystem, which could adversely affect the $DF and/or Dream Finance ecosystem. There are Furthermore, the future of cryptographic and security innovation is highly unpredictable, and any cryptographic advancements, or technological advances (including but not limited to the development of quantum computing), that disable the cryptographic agreement mechanism that underpins its blockchain protocols, could result in $DF and/or Dream It could pose an unknown risk to the Finance ecosystem.

Before you acquire $DF, you should perform sufficient due diligence on us, the Distributor, their respective affiliates and the Dream Finance team to understand the overall framework, mission and vision of the Dream Finance ecosystem.
